Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You can forward your current number when you don't answer or the line is busy, or use a new number we give you.
Will customers know it's an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant at the start of every conversation. The EU AI Act requires it, and it builds trust.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It never makes things up. It takes a message, alerts you instantly or transfers the call, as you prefer.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes: with Google Calendar, Outlook or the built-in calendar.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You pay monthly and cancel whenever you like.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union. You are the controller of your customers' data and we are the processor.
