Pricing questions
What counts as a voice minute?
The time the assistant spends talking to a customer on the phone. WhatsApp and Instagram messages don't use minutes.
What if I go over my minutes?
We alert you at 80% and 100%. Extra minutes are billed separately, with no service interruption.
Why is a card required for the trial?
To prevent abuse and avoid interruptions when the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Can I change plans?
