Service
Recepta provides businesses with an AI virtual assistant that answers calls and messages, provides information and manages appointments. It is offered as a subscription.
Trial and payment
The free trial lasts 7 days and requires a payment method. If you don't cancel before it ends, the chosen plan will be charged. Prices exclude VAT. Extra voice minutes are billed by usage.
No commitment
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Customer obligations
Keep business information up to date, inform your customers about the assistant and about call recording if enabled, and comply with the Acceptable use policy.
Limitation of liability
The assistant answers using the information configured by the business. The provider is not liable for errors caused by incorrect or outdated information supplied by the customer, or for outages of telephony or messaging providers.
