Using the service for spam, unsolicited marketing calls or messages, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, or to hide from people that they are talking to an AI.

Configuring the assistant to give medical, legal or financial advice, or to collect health data or other special categories.

Attempting to access other customers' data, bypass limits or overload the service.

Consequences

The provider may suspend the account for a serious breach, notifying the customer unless the law or urgency prevents it.
